Kickboxing, also called Rhythm, is an empowering cardio workout designed to bring out your inner warrior. This fiercely energetic program draws from many recognizable martial arts techniques found in muay tai, boxing, karate, taekwondo, and many more. Set to exciting music and with the encouragement our teachers, you will burn fat, improve conditioning, and develop better coordination. Our teachers strive to create a fun and dynamic environment where you can be challenged and inspired.

We believe that rhythm, both internal and external, are a vital addition to martial arts and fitness practices. This class will teach you many practical and useful sparring combinations which will help to supplement your martial arts training. Not only that, but you’ll learn how to kick and punch with proper technique and how to unleash your full power.
You’ll jab, hook, uppercut, and kick your way through this class only to discover the many internal ways that this practice can help you in your everyday life. When we come up against different energies in our life, they can sometimes become obstacles or cause conflict. Kickboxing helps us to recognize that energy for what it is and know that we can handle it. It also helps teach such invaluable skills as perseverance and determination. Too often we give up before we reach the finish line. The goal of this class is to develop our unique physical capabilities to their fullest potential. We want our students to feel empowered, inspired, and motivated.
Hand wraps are recommended, but no other equipment is required.
