Why Train Here
Cardio Kickboxing Classes in Burbank
Our Burbank cardio kickboxing classes pair high-energy combinations with footwork and conditioning for a full-body workout that burns calories and builds real power. Expect punches, kicks, and core work that leave you energized rather than drained.
Because it's set to a steady, motivating pace, kickboxing is one of the most effective ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while learning genuine technique.
Every round mixes striking drills with conditioning, so you build endurance and strength at the same time. The variety keeps the workout engaging and the time flies by.
Whether you have thirty minutes of stress to burn off or you're chasing a serious fitness goal, kickboxing meets you where you are and scales with your effort.
Beyond the sweat, you'll develop coordination, timing, and striking fundamentals rooted in real martial arts — not just choreographed fitness moves.
Training also sharpens focus and relieves stress, giving you a healthy outlet at the end of a long day.
You'll learn how to throw a proper punch and kick, how to move and pivot, and how to put combinations together with rhythm and control.
Those fundamentals translate directly into our broader martial arts program, so kickboxing can be a goal in itself or a springboard into self-defense and beyond.
Classes mix levels and welcome complete beginners. Your starting fitness level doesn't matter — you build capability as you train.
It's a great fit whether your goal is weight loss, stress relief, or a foundation you can carry into the rest of our martial arts program.
Adults of all ages train here, from people getting back into exercise to athletes looking for a sharper, more skillful kind of cardio.
Come as you are and work at your own intensity — instructors help you push when you're ready and pace yourself when you need to.

Questions
Kickboxing FAQs
Do I need experience to join a kickboxing class?
No. Beginners are welcome and instructors teach the fundamentals from your first session.
What should I bring or wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and water. We train barefoot on the mat, so you won't need shoes. For your trial week, anything you'd wear to the gym works.
Is there contact or sparring?
Classes focus on bag work, pad work, and conditioning. There's no required sparring — the emphasis is technique and fitness.
How is this different from a regular gym class?
Our kickboxing is taught by martial artists, so you learn correct form and real technique, not just a generic cardio routine.
